Schade aan salontafel agv poreus tenderflame

We hebben helaas een slechte ervaring met Tenderflame. De relatief dure flame bleek poreus met als gevolg een onherstelbare lichte vlek op onze net nieuwe Leolux noten houten salontafel. Tenderflame heeft een andere flame toegestuurd, echter deze bleek ook niet 'tenderfueldicht'. Na retour ook van deze niet goede flame is uiteraard het aankoopbedrag gestorneerd, maar we zitten als direct gevolg van deze tenderflames nu wel met schade aan onze nieuwe salontafel. Wij hebben dus zeer veel spijt van deze aankoop. Pas dus heel erg op met deze produkten. De kwaliteit is in praktijk helaas niet goed/ niet betrouwbaar, ondanks de hoge prijs. Een afrader.

Geruchlos und brennt lang

Sehr zu empfehlen, wir sind mit dem Tischfeuer sehr zufrieden, besser als jede Kerze und gibt entsprechend Wärme ab. Tenderfuel mit Tenderflame-Tischkamin eine super Hingucker!!
