What customers say

  • Quickly delivered, lovely product

Unfortunately our glass was broken when we took it out of the box. We emailed, and the next day a new glass was delivered. We are happy with our Tenderflame table fireplace. It also gives off real warmth.

  • Great service, beautiful fireplace

So happy with our beautiful new fireplace! Right after I ordered it, Tenderflame had changed its price. I still received the fireplace at the new, lower price. Friendly and honest service! And fast delivery.

  • Tulip Tenderflame

We bought a beautiful round Tulip Tenderflame. It burns with a lovely flame and gives a cosy light and warmth. It is easy to refill (after cooling down), gives off no smell and burns fairly economically. We are very happy with it. Especially on these dark winter days it is a joy to watch.

  • Beautiful, easy and safe product

The Tenderflame fuel is odourless, colourless, does not smoke and is very safe to use. Very happy with the product, which we use in our business both for the atmosphere and for some extra warmth!

    What is Tenderfuel?

Tenderfuel is a unique fuel designed exclusively for use with Tenderflame products. This high-quality fuel creates a beautiful, soot-free flame that burns cleanly and is safe for indoor use. Thanks to its special composition, Tenderfuel is more environmentally conscious than traditional fuels, with minimal emissions of harmful substances such as CO2.

The difference between bioethanol and Tenderfuel

Unlike bioethanol, which can produce smoke and odor when combustion is incomplete and is highly flammable, Tenderfuel offers a safer and more environmentally conscious alternative. Bioethanol is known for its fire risk, especially when spilled or used incorrectly, which increases the chance of fire-related accidents. Tenderfuel, on the other hand, is not flammable without the special Tenderflame wick, helping create a cleaner and safer burn.

Tenderflame products are specifically designed to work only with Tenderfuel, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Using other fuels can create dangerous situations and negatively affect the performance of the fireplace or candle.

    Tenderflame liquid

Tenderflame liquid, or fuel, is specially made for Tenderflame. This liquid cannot be used with other products and is not flammable on its own.

    Frequently asked questions

    Does Tenderflame produce real heat?

Yes. Tenderflame products produce real, tangible heat. Depending on the model, this ranges from light supplementary warmth to pleasant heat for a seating area. They are designed for atmosphere and comfort, not as primary heating.

    How does Tenderflame work?

Tenderflame uses a patented wick together with Tenderfuel. The flame burns on the wick, not on the liquid itself. This makes the system safe, stable, and controlled.

    Can Tenderflame be used indoors?

Yes, all Tenderflame products are designed for indoor use. Always ensure sufficient ventilation, as with any open flame.
