We strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Below you will find our shipping information:

• Delivery time : Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Larger products usually take 3-5 business days to deliver.
• Shipping costs : Our products are shipped free of charge from €50. Below €50, the shipping costs are €6.95
• Track & Trace : As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number, so you can track your package.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days. Follow the steps below to start a return:

1. Email Us : Please email info@tenderflame.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack your product : Make sure the product you are returning is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.
3. Send the package : Take the package to the post office and send it to our return address. The return costs are at your own expense.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

NB!

• Please ensure that the product to be returned is carefully packed.
• Unfortunately, we will not accept returns of items with signs of use. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
