Shipping and Returns

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Below you will find our shipping information:

Delivery time: orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Larger products usually take 3-5 business days to deliver.

Shipping costs: for shipping within the Netherlands, shipping is free on orders over €75,-. For orders under €75,-, shipping costs are €9,50.

For shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, shipping is free on orders over €100,-. For orders under €100,-, shipping costs are €14,95.

• Track & Trace: as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number so you can track your package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days. Follow the steps below to start a return:

1. Contact us: visit www.tenderflame.com/klantenservices for all questions about Tenderflame.
2. Pack your product: make sure the product is carefully packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
3. Send the package: take the package to the post office and send it to our return address. The return costs are at your own expense.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Return costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
• Please ensure that the product to be returned is carefully packed in its original packaging.
• Unfortunately, we will not accept returns of items with signs of use. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
