What customers say

  • Quickly delivered, lovely product

Unfortunately our glass was broken when we took it out of the box. We emailed, and the next day a new glass was delivered. We are happy with our Tenderflame table fireplace. It also gives off real warmth.

  • Great service, beautiful fireplace

So happy with our beautiful new fireplace! Right after I ordered it, Tenderflame had changed its price. I still received the fireplace at the new, lower price. Friendly and honest service! And fast delivery.

  • Tulip Tenderflame

We bought a beautiful round Tulip Tenderflame. It burns with a lovely flame and gives a cosy light and warmth. It is easy to refill (after cooling down), gives off no smell and burns fairly economically. We are very happy with it. Especially on these dark winter days it is a joy to watch.

  • Beautiful, easy and safe product

The Tenderflame fuel is odourless, colourless, does not smoke and is very safe to use. Very happy with the product, which we use in our business both for the atmosphere and for some extra warmth!

    Tenderflame fireplaces

Buying a fireplace without a chimney

Do you want to buy a fireplace without a chimney? With Tenderflame fireplaces, you can enjoy real flames without needing a chimney or gas connection. Thanks to the safe Tenderfuel, our fireplaces are an ideal alternative to a bio-ethanol fireplace: clean, odorless, and 100% safe to use. Whether you choose a freestanding model, an elegant wall-mounted fireplace, or a compact tabletop fireplace – there’s always a design that suits your interior or outdoor space.

    What makes our fireplaces unique?

Our fireplaces are more than just mood setters. They combine stylish design with innovative technology and safe use. All models run on Tenderfuel, a specially developed liquid that is much safer than traditional bio-ethanol. This allows you to enjoy a fireplace at home without worry, free from soot, smoke, or dangerous fumes.

Advantages of a Tenderflame fireplace without a chimney

Soot-free combustion: No residue on walls or ceilings, and no smoke development. That means: no cleaning and no chimney needed.

Easy to use: Fill the fireplace with Tenderfuel, light the wick, and instantly enjoy a beautiful flame display.

Safe alternative to bio-ethanol: Tenderfuel is not flammable without the special wick. This makes these fireplaces much safer than a standard ethanol fireplace.

Sustainable and environmentally friendly: Tenderfuel burns almost completely, minimizing emissions.

Stylish and versatile: From modern built-in fireplaces to freestanding eye-catchers: there’s always a model that matches your living style.

Which spaces are they suitable for?

Because a Tenderflame fireplace doesn't need a chimney, you can place it wherever you want:

    • In the living room as a cozy centerpiece
    • In an apartment without a chimney
    • As a safe outdoor fireplace on your patio

The safe alternative to a bio-ethanol fireplace

Many people look for a bio-ethanol fireplace, but these are known for their safety risks. Tenderflame offers a safe and stylish alternative. Thanks to its unique fuel and wick technology, a stable flame display is created without the dangers often associated with bio-ethanol.

    Frequently asked questions

    Does Tenderflame produce real heat?

Yes. Tenderflame products produce real, tangible heat. Depending on the model, this ranges from light supplementary warmth to pleasant heat for a seating area. They are designed for atmosphere and comfort, not as primary heating.

    How does Tenderflame work?

Tenderflame uses a patented wick together with Tenderfuel. The flame burns on the wick, not on the liquid itself. This makes the system safe, stable, and controlled.

    Can Tenderflame be used indoors?

Yes, all Tenderflame products are designed for indoor use. Always ensure sufficient ventilation, as with any open flame.
