From Haarlem, Team Tenderflame works towards one goal: real, clean fire for everyone, everywhere.
Our story
Haarlem
Driven by entrepreneurship and a passion for fire, an ambitious idea grew into a brand you find all over Europe. From Haarlem we work on the future of atmosphere every day.
The secret
Our patented wick and Tenderfuel do not burn on their own. Together they give a clean, steady flame, combining the atmosphere of real fire with a clean home.
Everywhere
No smoke and no chimney means a real flame wherever you want it. From an apartment without a flue to your terrace.
Why Tenderflame
You pay for technology you cannot see, but notice every evening.
The heart of every Tenderflame. The wick only burns together with Tenderfuel and lasts for years, which is why it carries a 2-year warranty.
Bio-ethanol ignites at 13 °C. Tenderfuel does not: a spill or a knock does not turn into a flare-up.
Tenderfuel is bio-based and burns in a controlled way through the wick. No black marks on walls or ceilings, no sharp alcohol smell.
Unpack, fill, light. No flue, gas connection or yearly inspection, so no extra costs either.
Team Tenderflame develops every product in-house, from our head office in Haarlem. You will find us in more than 500 stores across Europe.
Reviews
Quickly delivered, lovely product
Unfortunately our glass was broken when we took it out of the box. We emailed, and the next day a new glass was delivered. We are happy with our Tenderflame table fireplace. It also gives off real warmth.

Great service, beautiful fireplace
So happy with our beautiful new fireplace! Right after I ordered it, Tenderflame had changed its price. I still received the fireplace at the new, lower price. Friendly and honest service! And fast delivery.

Beautiful wall fireplace
Beautiful wall fireplace that we placed outside under the canopy. Super cosy. Bought with a big discount and free Tenderfuel (2.5 litres). Fast delivery and very well packaged. Absolutely great!

Tulip Tenderflame
We bought a beautiful round Tulip Tenderflame. It burns with a lovely flame and gives a cosy light and warmth. It is easy to refill (after cooling down), gives off no smell and burns fairly economically. We are very happy with it. Especially on these dark winter days it is a joy to watch.

Beautiful, easy and safe product
The Tenderflame fuel is odourless, colourless, does not smoke and is very safe to use. Very happy with the product, which we use in our business both for the atmosphere and for some extra warmth!
