In the world of atmospheric fires and creating ambiance, Tenderflame plays a unique role with an innovative approach to fire. But what makes Tenderflame so special and how does it actually work?
What is Tenderflame?
Tenderflame are elegant and modern burners that produce a flame with minimal smoke and soot emissions. This makes them suitable not only for indoor use, but also for outdoor areas such as balconies and terraces where traditional fire sources can sometimes be problematic due to emissions.
What makes Tenderflame special?
Tenderflame is special because of the patented steel wick and fuel, Tenderfuel. Tenderfuel is specially developed for Tenderflame products and therefore only burns in combination with the steel wick.
The Tenderflame burners are designed with a special wick that burns the Tenderfuel efficiently. This wick is made of stainless steel and pulls the fuel upwards in a controlled manner. This ensures a stable and even flame that burns cleanly.
How do you light a Tenderflame?
Whether you are lighting a large fireplace or a small candle, lighting the Tenderflame is always very easy and safe.
Before you can light the Tenderflame you first need to fill the reservoir with Tenderfuel. After you have done this you pour a little Tenderfuel over the steel wick. When you have completed these two steps it is time to light the steel wick with a powerful lighter such as a blowtorch.
How do you extinguish a Tenderflame?
This varies per product group. Our table fireplaces and fireplaces are supplied with a snuffer with which you can easily and safely extinguish the flame.
You can simply blow out the candles or pour them with Tenderfuel.
