How do you light a Tenderflame table fireplace?
Whether you are lighting a large fireplace or a small candle, lighting the Tenderflame is always very easy and safe.
Before you can light the Tenderflame you first need to fill the reservoir with Tenderfuel. After you have done this you pour a little Tenderfuel over the steel wick.
Once you have completed these two steps, it is time to light the steel fuse with a powerful lighter, such as a blowtorch.

How much heat does a table fireplace provide?
The heat that a table fireplace gives depends on the size. The heat that a table fireplace gives differs per table fireplace and is between 200 and 2000 watts.
How do I extinguish a table fireplace?
You extinguish a table fireplace with the supplied extinguisher. You place this extinguisher on the flame and the flame will go out immediately
Can the table fireplaces be used indoors and outdoors?
Table fireplaces must not be exposed to
rain or strong winds, as this can affect their operation and cause damage. Therefore, ensure that they are only placed in dry, sheltered areas when using them outdoors.
In addition, it is advisable to bring them inside at night to prevent them from being damaged by moisture or cold.
By taking these precautions, you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere created by table fireplaces both indoors and outdoors.
What is included when purchasing a table fireplace?
We supply all our table fireplaces including matching wick, glass (plates) and an extinguisher.
Can I order individual parts for my table fireplace?
You can certainly order individual parts. You can do this via the spare parts page . Here you can find spare parts per product and order the right one. So that your Tenderflame table fireplace is completely in order again.
How do I refill a table fireplace?
Refilling your Tenderflame is even possible when it is burning. This is possible thanks to our special fuel: Tenderfuel, which only burns in combination with the patented wick. Remove the cover rubber and fill until the red stick becomes visible
Do not pour the Tenderfuel directly over the wick as this will extinguish the fire.

The difference between bioethanol and Tenderfuel?
Unlike bioethanol, which can produce smoke and odor when burned incompletely and is highly flammable, Tenderfuel offers a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative. Bioethanol is known to be a fire hazard, especially when spilled or used incorrectly, which increases the risk of fire accidents. Tenderfuel, on the other hand, is non-flammable without the special wick of Tenderflame, which ensures a cleaner and safer burn.
Furthermore, Tenderflame products are specifically designed to work only with Tenderfuel, which ensures optimum performance and safety. The use of other fuels can cause dangerous situations and negatively affect the functioning of the fireplace or candle.
Is there an alternative to Tenderfuel?
There is no alternative to our Tenderflame products that works in the same safe way as Tenderfuel.

How do I fill my lighter?
The lighter can be filled with gas that you can obtain from your local supermarket.
Why was my lighter delivered empty?
We ship our lighters without gas in them. We do this for safety reasons.
Luckily, they are very easy to fill.
