Lighting a Tenderflame is very easy and safe. We are happy to explain step by step how you can do this.
Step 1: Fill the Tenderflame with Tenderfuel
To light the Tenderflame, pour Tenderfuel into the Tenderflame reservoir. Then pour a little more Tenderfuel over the wick, so that it is soaked.
Step 2: Light the Tenderflame
Then light the fuse with a powerful lighter such as a blowtorch .
A powerful lighter is needed because the wick in combination with Tenderfuel requires a high ignition temperature. This makes a Tenderflame very safe and unique!
Step 3: Refilling possible during use
Refilling your Tenderflame is even possible when it is burning. This is possible thanks to our special fuel: Tenderfuel , which only burns in combination with the patented steel wick.
Do not pour the Tenderfuel directly over the wick as this will extinguish the fire.
Step 4: Extinguishing the Tenderflame
Extinguishing a Tenderflame is very easy and can be done in several ways. A smaller Tenderflame candle can be extinguished by blowing it out or by pouring Tenderfuel over the wick.
